1. Death Foundation (Individual Entrepreneur Iuliana Anikina), hereinafter referred to as the
“Provider”, publishes these Terms of Service governing the provision of information services.
2. The subject of these Terms is the provision of information products, including online courses, webinars, seminars, training programs, and other educational materials available on the Provider’s website: https://deathfoundation.com/
3. These Terms are addressed to
Clients, being individuals who purchase or intend to purchase the Provider’s information products.
4. Payment TermsThe following payment options are available:
- Full Payment — the Client may pay the full price upon registration.
- Deposit Payment — registration for certain courses requires a deposit.
- Internal Installment Plan — the Provider may offer an internal payment plan for the Client’s convenience.
The Agreement is deemed concluded upon acceptance of these Terms by making full payment or any other payment required for registration.
5. This Agreement remains in force until both parties have fulfilled their obligations.
The term of access to each information product is specified on the Provider’s website and begins once payment has been received.
6. The price, duration, and content of each information product are published on the Provider’s website.
The cost of services varies depending on the selected product.
7. Payment for courses, webinars, training programs, or other information products is made by cashless payment through the payment service integrated with the Provider’s website.
8. Upon expiration of the purchased access period, the Provider may suspend access to the information services until additional payment is received, where applicable.
9. The Client may not record, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any course materials, including audio or video recordings, without the Provider’s prior written permission.
10. Upon successful completion of a course, the Client may be invited to join the Provider’s private alumni community.
Completion of a course does
not guarantee admission to the community.
Admission is granted solely at the Provider’s discretion.
The Provider also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s access to the community at any time without providing reasons.
11. Refund PolicyIf the Client cancels participation
for reasons other than force majeure, the payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of
EUR 150.
If the Client cancels participation due to
force majeure (including war, serious illness, or the death of an immediate family member), the payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of
EUR 100.
No refunds are available if cancellation occurs
less than 10 calendar days before the course start date.

care@deathfoundation.com12. Refunds are issued to the same bank card or payment method used for the original transaction within
30 business days after the Provider receives the Client’s written request to terminate the Agreement.
Please note that bank transfer fees or payment processing fees associated with the refund may be deducted and are the responsibility of the Client.
13. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14. Any amendments become effective
five (5) days after publication on the Provider’s website.
